Policy class and Private sessions


  • Group Classes begin the  1st of each month and end the last day of the month. 
  • Payment must be receive before participating a classes.  You  can pay any day of the month. To get use out of your money begin the 1st of the month taking classes and at least 10-15 classes a month, especially with the unlimited classes.  
  • PLEASE NOTE : No refund or roll overs.  Example, purchase  6-8 classes you have within the 1st and end of the month to use all classes.  
  • 2 or more members per class to AVOID Cancelation. You will be notified  when class is canceled.  
  • Zoom link is provided once class is booked through the website.
  • Unlimited  package include 1 class per day
  • Treat your class as if you are participating class in person.  You will be removed from class when no participation or left the camera  longer than 5 minutes.
  • Trouble with zoom link text 832-923-3415 instructor will email link. 
  • You will be let in class by Instructor and 10  minutes after class  has begin to participate.
  • Classes are 45 - 50 minutes long.

It’s very easy to get distracted at home, so I encourage everyone to put all your of mind  in class and not let anything distract your workouts.
